The Reichsrat winery from Buhl Riesling Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad Hofstück VDP Large plant comes from the small plot “Hofstück” on the Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad. This covers less than 1 hectare of the 78 hectare location. The average annual production is just over 1000 bottles. Part of the top location from the Palatinate has been planted with new Riesling vines, which, however, are not yet in the VDP Große Gewächs. The Hofstück location is exposed and framed by a sandstone wall up to 3 meters high. The Ruppertsberg Equestrian Trail is mainly crossed with colored sandstone, loess and occasionally basalt.
