Le Morete Valpolicella Ripasso D.O.C. Classico Superiore 2017
The ripasso technique consists in the fermentation of an excellent wine on the still wet pomace of Amarone della Valpolicella. The result is the right synthesis between the power of the famous Veronese raisin wine and the versatility of the classic Valpolicella. The nose has a lot of red fruit, veined with sweet spices, in the mouth the structure balanced but very present.
